Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 3rd shift Filling Line Operators to assist with operating the filling line and boxing completed product. The role offers a shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

No prior experience required; basic math, reading, and ability to follow batch tickets are valued. You will maintain supplies, apply labels, box and palletize, and help move pallets to shipping.

Qualifications

• No experience required; fill-off experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for filling line (empty cans, boxes, etc.).
• Assist operator in changing filling line components from run to run.
• Check lids on containers and tighten any loose lids.
• Print and apply labeling to filled boxes.
• Box and palletize finished product.
• Complete tracking forms and attach to pallets.
• Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas.
