Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 2nd Shift Aerosol Line Operators (Shift Differential) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Responsible for filling production batches into aerosol containers per batch tickets and performing routine maintenance on line equipment.

Set up all filling line equipment, make changeovers for new batches, and review orders for correct counts and fill rates. Basic math and reading skills are required; no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary
• Fill off experience preferred
• Basic math and reading skills required
• Prior Aerosol Line Attendant knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Locate proper product and filling items to fill aerosol containers per batch ticket instructions
• Set up all equipment on filling line and make changeovers for filling new batch ticket orders
• Review finished order for final counts on product and fill rates
• Maintain neat and orderly work area
