Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for Filling Line Operators to support aerosol filling production, including batch ticket guidance and line setup.

You will locate cans, lids and labels, perform line changeovers, monitor fill rates, and keep a clean, organized work area. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with day or night options; background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Some experience with filling lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper product and filling items (cans, lids, labels) to fill aerosol containers per batch ticket.
• Set up all equipment on the filling line and make changeovers for new batch orders.
• Review finished orders for final counts on product and fill rates.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
