Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking 3rd Shift Fill Off Attendants to handle filling operations, seal and label containers, and move finished goods to shipping. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered and shift differential is available for night hours.

Requirements include basic reading and math skills, ability to follow batch tickets, and strict adherence to safety and QC procedures. Work location is in-person with full shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic math skills for quantities and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions.
• Pre-mix material in vat before filling.
• Locate materials and equipment for filling as indicated by batch ticket.
• Bond and ground containers before filling.
• Obtain retain per batch instructions and label as directed by QC.
• Complete fill-off procedure and document batch tickets.
• Clean vat and equipment as indicated on batch ticket.
• Make notations on batch ticket and apply labels.
• Move finished goods to warehouse when required.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
