Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current New Jersey Boiler Operator’s license. Upon employment, if you do not possess one, you must obtain it immediately.
• Must possess and maintain a current New Jersey driver’s license.
• Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbalize work-related directions and instructions with sufficient skill to perform effectively.
• Must have required knowledge of current standard housekeeping procedures and materials, including the function of all housekeeping machines and equipment.
• Must be competent in computerized programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the work order system, and Google Suite.
• Must be efficient in processing requisitions and comfortable with vendor relationships.
• Must be proficient in scheduling personnel.
