Job summary

City Wide Burlington, NC is seeking a Night Manager to oversee contract compliance for our building maintenance accounts and to manage the relationship between City Wide and our independent cleaning contractors. This is a full-time, evening/overnight shift position ideal for someone with strong people-management skills and a background in facilities or janitorial services.

This full-time, evening/overnight role focuses on people-management and field oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong people-management skills.
• Background in facilities or janitorial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Regular local travel and a valid driver\'s license are recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with independent contractors.
• Review scope-of-work documents and conduct quality inspections.
• Send nightly recap reports and escalate urgent issues.
• Handle customer complaints, new account start-ups, and client requests.
• Enforce cleaning standards, tools, and equipment use.
• Oversee a team across multiple sites with coaching and motivation.
