Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors is hiring for an Internal Supply Production Worker in Fife, WA. As an Extruder Operator, you will run PVC extrusion lines, inspect quality, and help keep the Vinyl Extrusion team running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires safety-minded, mechanically inclined individuals with associate degree or related experience, forklift certification, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate, or 6–12 months related experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Solid math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1–3 PVC extrusion lines to meet production and quality targets.
• Safely disassemble, clean, reassemble, and change over tooling using overhead crane equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements using calipers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; spray equipment, sweep floors, remove debris.
• Complete productivity reports, machine condition notes, bundle tickets, and work orders.
• Support packaging and forklift operations as needed.
