Job summary

MITER Brands in Fife, WA is seeking an Internal Supply Worker I to operate PVC extrusion lines and support production targets. The role involves setting up tooling, performing measurements, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school certificate, or 6–12 months related experience.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, bar graphs).
• Problem-solving ability and comfort following detailed instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1-3 PVC extrusion lines to meet production and quality targets.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble, and change over tooling using overhead crane equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements using calipers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area—spray down equipment, sweep floors, remove debris.
• Complete required documentation including productivity reports, machine condition notes, bundle tickets, and work orders.
• Support packaging and forklift operations as needed.
