Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors is hiring an Internal Supply Worker I in Fife, WA to operate PVC extrusion lines and support a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will inspect products, perform setup changes, document outputs, and assist with packaging and forklift tasks on a 2-2-3 schedule with 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts.

The role requires an associate degree or technical certificate (or 6–12 months related experience), forklift certification, and strong math and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school certificate, or 6-12 months of related experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and written procedures.
• Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, bar graphs).
• Problem-solving ability and following detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1-3 PVC extrusion lines to meet production and quality targets.
• Safely disassemble, clean, reassemble, and change over tooling using overhead crane equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements using calipers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area - spray down equipment, sweep floors, remove debris.
• Complete required documentation including productivity reports, machine condition notes, bundle tickets, and work orders.
• Support packaging and forklift operations as needed.

As an Extruder Operator, you'll be at the center of our Vinyl Extrusion team - keeping production running smoothly and ensuring top-tier quality every step of the way.
