Job summary

First-timers are accepted; weekend shifts may occur every other weekend. The role involves handling high-acuity cases in a 24-hour ER, with duties including vital signs, 12-lead EKGs, and basic trauma care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and perform 12-lead EKGs.
• Use AED/defibrillator as needed.
• Provide splinting and wound care.
• Assist with crutch training and mobility.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Adhere to 24-hour ER operations and compliance requirements.
