Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ER department. The position is a 13-week contract with night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. The ED has 11 beds, a GE monitor environment, and uses Medhost for the electronic health record.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of ER experience, an active KY RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS. Weekend coverage is required; travel and certifications must be up to date.

• Must be a team player who takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude with staff, EMS, and patients/families.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to a diverse patient population including adults and pediatrics.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1.
• Work with an 11-bed ED and Medhost EMR.
• Care for cardiology, neurology, GI, psychiatric emergencies, trauma, and code blue cases.
• Weekend work required every third weekend as needed.
• No floating requirements for this position.
