Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a full-time ER Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts in a community hospital setting. The role includes comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with LPNs to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include ADN or BSN, 1 year ER experience, Oklahoma or multi-state RN license, and timely BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. TNCC preferred. Emphasis on patient safety and teamwork guides daily practice.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN degree.
• At least 1 year ER experience.
• Valid Oklahoma or Multi-State RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: TNCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality outcomes.
• Providing age-appropriate care by understanding growth and development principles.
• Developing and modifying care plans based on patient needs and policies.
• Supervising and monitoring LPNs when necessary.
