Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a skilled ER nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in the Emergency Department. You will assess, plan, and evaluate care while documenting thoroughly and following physician orders.

The role includes collecting lab samples, adhering to infection control, and coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers with the care team. You must hold an RN license with an Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred) and 2+ years in ER or related settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current state RN licensure.
• At least 2 years ER or equivalent experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; ENPC and TNCC preferred.
• English fluency and background clearance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ER nursing care including patient assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Deliver age-specific and specialty-appropriate care and document accurately.
• Observe and record patient signs and behaviors; follow physician orders.
