Job summary

BD in Sandy, UT is hiring for a 12‑hour rotating shift (5:45 PM–5:50 AM). You will work seven days in a 14‑day period with every other weekend off in a temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting machine settings, inspecting in‑process parts, identifying defects, supporting root-cause analysis, and ensuring SOPs and safety rules are followed. You will collaborate with mechanics and quality teams, contributing to continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Must read & write in English and communicate verbally.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate across departments.
• Punctuality and attendance accountability per policy.
• Ability to handle semi-routine tasks with deviations.
• Ability to work independently within approved docs.
• Ability to analyze charts and perform basic arithmetic.
• Basic PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Inspect in-process parts to ensure quality.
• Identify and remove defective items from production.
• Monitor equipment and escalate issues promptly.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Follow SOPs, SWIs and safety rules; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanics and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
