Job summary

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent training, strong troubleshooting across electronics and mechanics, and experience in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow written procedures and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electronic, mechanical, robotic and gas-delivery systems.
• Experience with SPC and data-driven maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize tool performance and minimize downtime in a cleanroom semiconductor production line.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve yield and efficiency.
• Mentor junior technicians and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate installation and modification of equipment with engineering teams.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and environmental protocols.
