Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist to join a premier community hospital in Lima, OH. This full-time nocturnist role features a dedicated night schedule, autonomy in patient care, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

The position offers $215.00 per hour for clinical hours, a top-tier 401(k) match, substantial health insurance coverage, full malpractice tail coverage, life insurance, and a CME allowance to support ongoing professional development.

Formación

• MD/DO with completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligible to obtain and valid DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours, directing patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from night-time coverage by Experienced APPs to streamline patient throughput.
• See a steady, ~28,000 visits annually in a community ED.
• Collaborate with EM team and use Meditech EMR; plan AI scribes to reduce charting burden.
