Job summary

Hamilton Connections, Inc. in Norwalk, CT is seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician to join our production team. The role involves assembling, integrating, testing, and qualifying complex electromechanical products in a cleanroom environment.

The 12-hour shift runs 6pm–6am with a 3-on/4-off then 4-on/3-off alternating schedule. You will follow detailed procedures, perform quality checks, and record data in our ERP system. PPE is required, and lifting up to 20 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, technician, or electromechanical assembly experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office required; SAP and LabVIEW are a plus)
• Semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or medical device manufacturing experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test precision electromechanical components
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Perform quality inspections using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues
• Record production data in an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
