Job summary

Hamilton Connections, Inc. in Danbury, CT is seeking assemblers for the third shift. Pay is $23 per hour with a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Training on first or second shift is available. These are temp-to-hire positions at a manufacturing company. Responsibilities

• Accurately picking necessary parts for production orders.
• Assemble, check and package sub-components and finished products according to instructions and drawings.
• Perform computer and administrative work such as order printing and label creation.
• Coordinate transport arrangements with shipping.
• Mount items necessary for fulfilling assembly orders.
• Maintain order at the workplace and storage locations.
• Temporary assignments as floater in different assembly teams.
• Work cooperatively within the assembly team.
• Handle more complex assemblies.
• Backup line leader when needed.
• Provide training for other assemblers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for assembler positions on the third shift at a manufacturing company in Danbury CT. These are temp-to-hire positions.

The hours are 10:30 p.m.-7 a.m., Sunday-Thursday. Candidates must be available to train on the first or second shift. The salary is $23 an hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking necessary parts for production orders
• Assemble, check and package sub-components and finished products according to instruction, production order, work and inspection instructions as well as drawings in a quality and schedule-minded fashion
• Perform computer and administrative work such as order printing and label creation
• Coordinate transport arrangements with shipping
• Mount items necessary for fulfilling assembly orders of sub-components and finished products
• Maintain order at the workplace, in the storage locations, and in rooms of general use
• Temporary assignments as floater in different assembly teams
• Cooperation within assembly team
• Handle the more complex assemblies
• Backup line leader when needed
• Provide training for other assemblers
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of assembly experience
• Experience working overnight shift
