Job summary

Valley Inventory Service, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to oversee our inventory schedule on a daily basis. The role requires flexibility as inventories run 24/7 throughout the year.

You will sit at the reception area, answer phones, file, and coordinate field crews across our local area. The position emphasizes strong organization, readiness to wear multiple hats in a small team, and willingness to work night shifts with occasional odd hours to ensure crew deployment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the night shift (midnight to 8 a.m.).
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Background check will be required.
• MS Office experience required (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate employees by calling them for work and scheduling crews.
• Manage nightly duties and ensure crews are properly staffed.
• Answer phones at reception and handle basic clerical tasks.
• Coordinate pickups of auditors and transport to jobs.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are returned and documented.
• Communicate crew availability with clients.
