Job summary

Valley Inventory Service is seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to oversee the nightly inventory schedule. You will manage crews, coordinate dispatch, and perform reception tasks at the office, including answering phones and coordinating with field staff.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong multi-tasking, and the ability to work the midnight to 8 a.m. shift with occasional overtime. This is a hands-on, in-person position with a small team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the night shift (midnight to 8 a.m.).
• Must have a valid Driver's license and pass a background check.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized under high stress.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate employees by calling them for work and meeting crew requirements.
• Shift starts at midnight until 8 a.m.; flexibility if not busy.
• Handle reception duties: answer phones, file, pick up/drop off crew with company fleet.
• Ensure crew is properly dispatched and equipped for jobs.
• Maintain communication with clients about crew availability and schedules.
