Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Dispatch/Document Control Specialist to oversee dispatch and paperwork processing for drivers at our Chattanooga area facility. You will audit, scan, and index documents, ensuring drivers have required paperwork for each route.

The role demands strong organization, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork in a standard office setting. 3rd shift hours: 10PM–6:30AM, with weekends/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years industry experience.
• Prior dispatch and route management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with TMW software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process route/driver paperwork.
• Effectively manage drivers using current company policies and procedures.
• Dispatch drivers to and from facility while managing driver routes.
