The position oversees delivery, warehouse and facilities activities to support efficient processing and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong organization, prior related experience, and excellent communication skills to guide drivers and staff while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
• Map-reading and directional communication skills.
• Organizational skills demonstrated in job performance.
• Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive.
• Professional written and verbal communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and generate supporting reports.
• Assist customers with will call orders.

• Schedule and dispatch crews to maximize time efficiency.
