Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities and help them participate in job-related activities and community events.

Shifts include a 45-hour work week with a starting wage of $10.00 per hour; overtime rates apply after standard hours, with pay increases after orientation. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR training, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
• Valid driver's license required to transport clients as needed.
• Current CPR training required.
• Must pass extensive background checks and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• May transport clients to appointments or accompany them to work assignments as needed.
• Duties will be discussed with the employer.
