Job summary

The University of North Texas invites applications for the Office Support Assistant (Night Desk Clerk) at the UNT Housing residency. This full-time overnight role provides a welcoming, safe environment for residents, handles front desk operations, and reports crises to on-call staff while delivering customer support and administrative follow-up.

Work schedule is 12am–8:30am, Monday–Friday with afterhours events and emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Security: Maintains a physical and active presence at the desk and monitors access.
• Customer Service: Engages with residents in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Administrative: Maintains inventory of residence hall keys and roster records.
• Crisis and maintenance: Responds to crises and documents issues with proper follow-up.
