The University Housing - The University of Georgia in Athens is seeking a Night Desk Assistant to support late-night desk operations, provide resident assistance, manage access and respond to inquiries.

This student position requires enrollment at least half-time, good standing, and availability for mandatory training Jan 4–8, 2027; shifts include overnights, weekends and holidays; 8 hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled on at least a half-time basis at the University of Georgia when classes are in session.
• Must be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct and University Housing.
• New applicants should be available/present for mandatory training Jan 4–8, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Follow desk policies including key management and access control.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests, faculty and staff.
• Assist in opening, closing and transition of residence halls and support meetings and training.
