Job summary

Simmons is seeking a Debone production associate to work on-site in Arkansas. This role requires rotating through all Debone line tasks, including cutting breasts, wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product and tray packing.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to LEAN principles, safety, and becoming familiar with company policies. Veterans are welcomed; occasional team coordination and meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Rotations across Debone production tasks.
• Willingness to follow LEAN processes and policies.
• Ability to work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Debone production on the line in rotation.
• Rotate to cut breasts, wings, pull skin, use a saw, load product and tray pack.
• Participate in team meetings and support development of team concepts and policies.
• Adhere to Simmons operating systems and company policies; communicate concerns to improve cohesion.
