Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a full-time Night Shift Production Operator to monitor and run our dairy filler line, ensuring food safety and product quality while meeting production goals on a rotating 6:45 pm – 7:00 am schedule.

The role offers a $24.40/hour starting pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, night and weekend premiums, and benefits from day one, plus an 8% 401(k) match into the ESOP, bonus pay twice yearly, PTO from day one, childcare support, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one year in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Certification/Licensure: Ability to be Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified.
• Skills: Strong organization, communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production filler equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
• Safely set up, operate and clean filler machines and CIP/SIP as assigned.
• Perform basic PMs, inspections and lubrication tasks on equipment.
• Assist with line startups, troubleshooting, changeovers and line clears.
• Record CCP checks and log production and inventory data accurately.
