Land O'Lakes, Inc. seeks a Quality Lab Technician - Dairy Foods to support our manufacturing team by performing analytical and bacteriological testing on raw, in-process, and finished material to uphold product integrity and comply with the Quality Management System.

This role operates on the Night Shift (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) with a 2-2-3 rotation; weekends/overtime as needed, and offers an hourly wage of $30.70 plus $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-reliant and able to work under limited supervision.
• Collaborative team player.
• Experience in a dairy laboratory or analytical laboratory preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Conduct quality control checks across all manufacturing stages to ensure regulatory and customer specs.
• Evaluate non-conforming results and initiate re-sampling or hold procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and support production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate within small teams to achieve goals in a large facility.
