Job summary

Campbell County in Wyoming seeks a Custodian I to provide routine custodial care for county facilities, including cleaning, restrooms, floors, and windows, with travel between sites.

Evening shift 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. plus some weekends and holidays; requires HS diploma or GED, valid Class C driver's license, and ability to pass background check and WorkSteps physical.

You will operate custodial equipment, stock supplies, report maintenance needs, and help recycle efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of custodial practices, equipment, and materials desired.
• Familiarity with MSDS/SDS requirements and commercial cleaners.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine custodial care for assigned facilities (dusting, vacuuming, restrooms, floors).
• Operate various custodial equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Restock supplies and inform supervisor when stocks run low.
• Ensure buildings are secured at end of shift.
• Gathers and disposes of county recycling.
