Job summary

Overview

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Maintain the facilities in a clean and orderly condition in accordance to the district's standards. Custodians will be provided with daily assignments and checklists assigned by building administrators, management and/or supervisors. Custodians will follow the direction of lead custodians. Custodians will actively communicate with building administrators to ensure building needs are addressed properly.

The Facilities Department will operate in a professional and customer service minded manner in accordance with district standards.

12. Salting and shoveling as required during inclement weather.

13. Responsible for exterior building perimeter debris removal.

14. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

15. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or equivalent.

16. Experience in commercial custodial services is preferred.
