The Saginaw Area Consortium is looking for a dedicated Custodian to maintain cleanliness in facilities according to district standards. Duties include performing daily assignments, assisting with events, and ensuring physical security of buildings. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with experience in custodial services preferred.
This role requires reliable transportation and offers a dynamic work environment both indoors and outdoors. Applicants must be self-directed, dependable, and communicate effectively with staff and the community.
Maintain the facilities in a clean and orderly condition in accordance to the district's standards. Custodians will be provided with daily assignments and checklists assigned by building administrators, management and/or supervisors. Custodians will follow the direction of lead custodians. Custodians will actively communicate with building administrators to ensure building needs are addressed properly.
The Facilities Department will operate in a professional and customer service minded manner in accordance with district standards.
