Aufgaben

• Performs routine and project cleaning of classrooms, offices and corridors.
• Coordinate, schedule and direct custodial staff for projects.
• Clean lavatories and locker rooms, maintain supplies, and ensure odor control.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and lighting changes as needed.
• Secure and monitor building, lights, alarms and life safety systems.
• Maintain exterior areas and operate cleaning and lawn equipment.
• Report repairs to the building head custodian.
• Provide supervision of the second shift custodial staff and complete performance inputs.
