Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Morning Supervisor for the 5:30am–2:00pm shift at the BWI area to oversee terminal cleaning operations. You will supervise custodial staff, train crews, inspect work, and ensure adherence to contract specifications while maintaining courtesy toward persons with disabilities.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a background in custodial supervision, and knowledge of safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (3) years' experience in custodial supervision and administrative duties.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• CPR/FR certification and knowledge of maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodian assignments for a specific shift/area.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure contract quality standards.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets; coordinate with Shift Manager
• Schedule daily/weekly custodial services per contract specifications.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety policies.
• Review inspection reports and implement corrective actions.
