Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years experience in commercial custodial services.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or American Sign Language preferred.
• Experience with disabled or disadvantaged populations.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work, including safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license with approved driving record to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Ensures custodial work at sites meets deadlines and scope of work.
• Performs custodial duties as needed to meet daily expectations.
• Supervises daily service goals and contractual compliance through supervision, audits and inspections.
• Assists management in policies, processes, and workflow for custodial teams.
• Communicates professionally with building managers and employees.
• Reports operational issues to leadership and addresses performance and quality control issues.
• Implements continuous improvement and safety practices at worksites.
• Manages time/attendance, payroll hours, and budget alignment.
• Manages supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Delivers customer service and represents the organization positively.
