Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of custodial services experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience dealing with government personnel/customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Eligibility for contract work and background screenings.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in oversight of assigned governmental contracts.
• Safely oversee duties as detailed in the PWS or contract.
• Provide quality customer service to customers at all times.
• Travel to various locations as needed; lift up to 50 lbs; follow safety protocols.
• Meet physical and mental demands of custodial supervisory role.
