Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of work experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by Indiana University upon date of hire.
• Maintain required safety certifications (First Aid, CPR, BBP, AED, etc.) upon date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, assigns, and monitors work of custodial workers and moving and setup workers.
• Takes inventory of supplies and places orders to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as on-site trainer to explain work procedures and demonstrate use of cleaning equipment.
• Acts as project leader for routine and non-routine work and reviews work orders.
• Relief duties for custodial workers and supervisors; operate van to transport mobile crews.
