Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join the Night shift team. You will produce high-quality CT images and assist with CT-guided biopsies and drain placements, ensuring efficient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Strong anatomy knowledge, ARRT CT credential, Ohio license, and BLS are required. You will work with a dedicated CT team in a busy Level One Trauma Center setting in Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images across a variety of settings.
• Assist CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations.
• Apply on-the-spot critical thinking and work effectively under stress.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
