Job summary

Join our Radiology Department at MetroHealth! The CT Technologist will operate CT imaging systems, assist with CT-guided procedures, and support patient care across a diverse patient population in Northeast Ohio.

Applicants should be a Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT registered, with CT credential or within one year. Ohio Radiographer license and BLS certification are required; nights with 60 biweekly hours and every-other Sunday on a 5x12 schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding.
• Work with CT team and other care staff under supervision.
