Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our team on nights. You will operate CT equipment, assist with CT‑guided procedures, and educate patients while ensuring safety and high‑quality imaging. An ARRT CT credential or pending within one year is required, as is an Ohio Radiographer license.

BLS is preferred. The role includes a generous benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images.
• Assists with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Exhibits on‑the‑spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Works well independently and as part of the CT team.
