Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH seeks a CT Technologist to join the radiology team on the night shift. This role performs CT imaging, assists with CT-guided procedures, and supports patient scheduling and education.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT certified with CT credential or pending within one year, and holds an Ohio Radiographer license. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT; CT credential or within 1 year
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH)
• AHA BLS Certification or within probationary period

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings
• Assists with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients
• Educating patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort
• On-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication with the care team
• Works well independently and as part of the CT Team
