Job summary

UCHealth in Pueblo, CO, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT imaging for an onsite role. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, educating patients, administering contrast, and performing CT procedures with focus on safety and image quality.

The position requires ARRT CT certification/registry eligibility, BLS, and a Colorado state license if required. Onsite role with relocation bonus possible and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT CT certification or registry eligible.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or ARC with card in-hand before start.

Responsibilities

• Provides computed tomography imaging per scope and standards.
• Reviews patient history, orders, and schedules; educates patient on procedures.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and/or meds within scope; monitors patient.
• Prepares equipment; selects exposure factors; ensures safety and QC; positions patient.
• Analyzes results; ensures image quality; may perform 3-D post-processing.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
