Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time night shift at UCHealth UCHlth Pkvw Pueblo West Hosp in Pueblo West, CO. The role involves reviewing patient history, performing CT imaging, and administering contrast media while closely monitoring patient condition.

A 13-week assignment option and local travel package are available; 75-mile travel locality is noted. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, one year of experience, ARRT

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
One year of experience.
Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered, and or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the ARRT.
State licensure if required by law.
BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

Reviews patient history and initiates CT images based on physician order.
Safely administers contrast media or imaging medications and monitors patient condition.
Responds to changes in patient condition and reports appropriately.
Implements techniques to yield image clarity and ensures equipment functionality.
