Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT exams in a fast-paced imaging department. You will operate scanners, injectors, and monitors, ensuring patient safety and ALARA principles while documenting accurately in EMR and PACS.

You will collaborate with radiologists and the care team to provide timely, patient-centered imaging services and contribute to department protocols and safety standards. Florida-based full-time role with day-to-day imaging duties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; higher degrees beneficial.
• ARRT certification and CT-specific credentials preferred.
• Bright knowledge of CT procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations per provider orders and protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment safely, including scanners, injectors, and monitors.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients about exams and ensure accurate documentation in EMR/PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
