Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT imaging with strict infection control and patient safety. You will follow department protocols, document in EMR/PACS, and educate patients about each exam to ensure timely completion.

The role requires knowledge of CT procedures, safe operation of scanners and equipment, and strong communication with diverse patients. This is a day-shift, on-site opportunity with AdventHealth benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of infection control and PPE use.
• Understanding CT procedures and imaging protocols.
• Ability to document accurately in EMR/PACS.

Responsibilities

• Practicing infection control standards and using PPE and disinfectants.
• Follows department protocols for patient identification and time-out procedures.
• Maintains documentation within EMR and PACS systems.
• Educates patients about the exam and maintains workflow.
• Operates imaging equipment safely, adapting protocols for all ages.
