Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in Oceanside, CA is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT and radiography procedures with minimal supervision, under supervision. You will operate CT scanners, adjust parameters, ensure ALARA, and document results in the department system while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role requires CRT license (CA DoPH) and BLS certification, with ER/OR and fluoroscopy experience preferred. This position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and is covered by SEIU CBA.

Qualifications

• Experience in fluoroscopy, ER, portable radiography and minor invasive procedures.
• CT procedures in a medical center setting preferred; invasive CT experience.
• CRT license (CA DoPH) required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT and radiography procedures, independently with limited supervision.
• Process images, ensure correct images, bill and document in the department system.
• Operate CT scanners with appropriate parameters and follow ALARA standards.
• Support clinical team members and maintain patient care and safety.
