Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in California seeks a CT Lead to oversee CT imaging services, promote safety, and support accreditation. The role focuses on high-quality imaging, staff orientation, and process improvement within the radiology team.

The CT Lead collaborates with the Radiology Supervisor and Imaging Manager to ensure patient safety and efficient operations, while maintaining compliance with accrediting bodies and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CT scanning experience.
• CRT certification from CA Department of Public Health.
• ARRT CT certification.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Venipuncture certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT examinations and assist with imaging procedures.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and students; support equipment accreditation.
• Promote safety, QA, and infection control in CT.
• Lead CT department initiatives; ensure quality and standards.
• Maintain inventory documentation and accurate patient supply charges.
• Support patient throughput and provide training to staff and students.
