Job summary

Sharp HealthCare seeks an experienced CT technologist to perform diagnostic, fluoroscopic, CT and radiography procedures under the guidance of the CT/IR supervisor. You will ensure imaging quality, radiation safety, and proper documentation for patients across all ages.

The role requires CRT certification, BLS, and CT experience in a hospital setting. Strong patient care and adherence to ALARA are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in fluoroscopy, emergency room, portable radiography, minor invasive procedures and some O.R. experience.
• Experienced in CT procedures in a medical center setting preferred. Experience in invasive CT procedures.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - CA Department of Public Health -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• The CT technologist performs diagnostic, fluoroscopic, CT and radiography procedures under supervision.
• Uses independent judgment to complete CT and routine imaging with proper radiation protection.
• Processes images, ensures correct images, and documents in the department system.
• Provides service aligned with Sharp HealthCare's mission and values.
