Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a motivated Radiology CT Technologist to join the CT team in our Radiology Department. You will produce quality CT images, assist with CT guided procedures, and coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients in a busy Level One Trauma Center.

This role involves night shifts (7p–7a), 60 biweekly hours on a 5x12 schedule, with every-other Sunday on call, and you cross-train within the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with CT credential within 1 year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probation.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures to maintain understanding and comfort.
