Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts seeks an experienced CT technologist to perform CT examinations for diverse patient ages, under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will gather data, ensure accurate records, and support interventional procedures while maintaining safety standards and timely PACS submission.

The role requires AART or NMTCB radiology credentials, MA RTR licensure, ARRT CT exam plan within 12 months, and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Maintain ARRT/DPH CEUs as required by regulations.
• Equivalent combo of education and experience may substitute for listed requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Gather clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork, and billing promptly.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with interventional exams.
• QC images and send exams to PACS for physician review.
