Job summary

GRAND Mental Health is seeking a Crisis Therapist to join the crisis treatment team in Oklahoma. The role reports to Crisis Leadership and provides clinical oversight from a Clinical Manager or the Executive Director, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, risk assessments, therapy sessions, and collaborative documentation. Candidates must maintain licensure and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of crisis intervention principles and treatment models.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and stabilize clients in crisis.
• Strong documentation skills for timely and thorough records.
• Experience collaborating with multiple agencies and professionals.
• Familiarity with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic concepts.

Responsibilities

• Complete screenings, initial treatment plans, risk assessments and therapy sessions for crisis clients.
• Screen and triage crisis interventions as directed.
• Document services collaboratively, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Consult with related agencies with appropriate releases of information.
• Participate in staff meetings and meet performance expectations.
• Support integration of behavioral health with physical health care and CCBCHC principles.
• Travel as required for client transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
